  • Lemon Spice jalapeños (2,500–8,000 SHU)
  • Red Brazilian peppers (5,000–30,000 SHU)
  • Orange Spice jalapeños (3,000–9,000 SHU)
  • Helios habaneros (5,000–15,000 SHU)

We ferment the peppers with garlic, onion, celery, and carrot to build a deep, savory base—then finish it with a touch of pure mango purée.

The result is a bright, tropical hit up front, followed by a smooth, building heat that keeps you coming back for more.
