  • Lemon Spice jalapeños (2,500–8,000 SHU)
  • Yellow Brazilian peppers (5,000–25,000 SHU)
  • Helios habaneros (5,000–15,000 SHU)

We ferment the peppers with fresh celery, onion, garlic, and carrot to build a bright, savory base with a unique citrus edge.

Those Lemon Spice jalapeños hit different—bringing a clean, vibrant flavor that sets this sauce apart from the rest.
